All stocks are either die cut, rotary cut, or guillotine cut to ensure that all paper edges will be lint-free and perfectly square. Our papers are suitable for most processes, including die-cutting, foiling, embossing, silk screening, engraving, and thermographing. In some cases we have papers custom made to our strict specifications to meet the rigorous requirements of these different printing processes.
Astro offers recycled, traditional virgin fiber, and laser guaranteed papers to fill the needs of our distributors and the ever changing market. In-house scoring and die-cutting capabilities allow us the flexibility to offer our paper stocks not only in standard cut sizes, but also as press-ready papers.
